Magellan Triton 1500 GPS
Triton 1500 is an amazingly easy to use handheld GPS. It comes with a 2.7” color touch screen and the menus are intuitive and simple to use. The user can make use of the special VantagePoint software to manage and upload maps, user generated content, and updates from you PC. You can save your frequently used routes and can access them later when needed.
It is compatible with National Geographic’s TOPO State Series and Weekend Explorer 3D maps. It gives you extra memory expansion by the use of SD card to save more maps and routes for your journey. You can even record audio notes and can play them later with the use of in-built microphone and speaker. It also ahs a low consumption LED light which helps you find your way in the dark and on other outdoor adventures. The integrated high sensitivity antenna gives reliable signal reception even in bad weather and the built in signal augmentation reception provided 3-meter accuracy.
It is rugged and waterproof and can withstand up to 30mins of 1 meter water immersion making it ideal for use on outdoor recreational adventures.
